Grief is one of the most common human experiences. It hits everyone at one point or another. If you love and lose what you love, you will grieve.
In contrast, depression is a form of self-hatred, seeing oneself as a failure, feeling ashamed and stupid because of your failures. To end either, you must change the emotions that cause them.
The method used on this site It is different than anything you have ever tried before. It does not use drugs to numb your feelings, there is no coaching, convincing, or long therapy sessions. It quickly allows you to let go of your emotions.
How do I do it?
After paying you will be asked which file you would like to use. You play the audio file we stream to your computer. The audio describes your circumstances and likely emotions. During this narration, tones that help release your feelings play in the background. You are encouraged to relive as best as possible the various emotions and thoughts and events described. The narration leads you to look in the corners of your mind where your grief lives. Clean out the cobwebs, and you let go of your misery and suffering. Play the file as often as you need to relieve your mind of all of your losses and failures.
